Hey everyone my name is Max, I'm 21 years old.

I've used steroids in the past, but I'm off now.

I've been lifting for a years.

My best lifts are a 545x1 squat, 295x1 bench press, and 545x1 deadlift. ( these lifts were done naturally )

I'm a big fan of powerlifting and bodybuilding.

My favorite bodybuilder is Phil Heath, and my favorite powerlifter is Eric Lilliebridge

Welcome. Youngsters should not be using steroids. Just my opinion, especially when you are already in your prime and have very natural testosterone at that age. Well at least you should, depending on how much you screwed yourself up already.

Kins, Kins buddy.. why are you doing this..? Clearly ,
{ now don't get me wrong here, I have my reservation's on that matter too...!, However.. }, apparently the "youngster"
is a young "Man" an adult.. for 3+ years now right...?

And wrong, it right, or your opinion or not.., he is able to make his own choices in life, and he says he is into PowerLifting, and some pretty strong numbers at that.

I say "reservations" because I didn't stick a needle in my arse til 36 or so.. and didn't start lifting til 32 ish.

In a serious manner a few years later , I trained "Natty" up
Until 36-37 (honestly ) thought I could hold a candle to anyone that stepped in stage without gear. Not Saying it can't be done.

So, now if he is passionate enough to be an Elite level PowerLifter , or even a Bodybuilder, it's almost inevitable
that gear is going to be used , (just like in Pro Football , or the like ) just saying, not sure this is his goal, or passion.

He's here for advice, & from what I see, a decent start..

Again, "not" condoning.. but also in "not" condemning..!

Might I ask, when did you first try gear...? , How many cycles..?

I know, you've stated b4 you have no intention in becoming a Bodybuilder.., & maybe even not a powerlifter.

So, (and this is just a curious statement ) why are you
dabbling in Gear...???

So, in effect it's okay to interject your thoughts, or opinions (if asked )but why the negativity...? Like already "screwed" yourself up..?

Maybe he's thought ling & hard in this decision, but just doesn't know where to start, or whom to ask..

Ever think of that...? Just figured I'd ask .. not chastising.

If he chooses to stick around, or follow the Eandevor of most if us, offer up encouragement , & support,

*** But wait till asked of.. enuff for now from me.

Gotta go find me some "Road Kill" starved...!

It is just my opinion. Young guys can make amazing gains at that age, especially because they are in their prime. There really is no need to use gear at that age. There are plenty of natty powerlifters that can out-lift their non-natural counterparts. He could have already screwed himself up enough to jeopardize his HPTA recovery. I don't think of my post as negative at all. It doesn't sound negative to me. I first started using hormones at around age 33. Yes he has good numbers, and he says those were done natty. Given his age I bet he could get much much much stronger without any gear at all. I couldn't understand how long he has been lifting. I think he said a year. Just saying he'd be better off abstaining for a few years. Sure he can do what he wants and it's his choice. I'm old enough to have a kid his age and I wouldn't want him using gear so young. Not meaning to be negative at all.

Welcome!
