Was directed to this forum from another. A little of my history. I am 45 and got back into the gym after a 15 year absence. From the time I was 15 till thirty I was pretty regular in the gym and the last three to four years discovered AAS but didn't educate myself and certainly didn't take the correct compounds for my desired results. Also didn't approach taking AIs or pct correctly. On the positive side a child hood friend was an HGH and IGF1 supplier or more if a wholeseller. I've personally seen these packages arrive from China and witnessed him relabeling. Yes this cat had legit growth and IGF1. He would sell me kits at cost and at a fraction of what HGH cost today. He ended up getting busted with over a million dollars in street value and since he was a close friend and the fact that I had spent considerable time at his house and working out with him I took my entire supply of HGH, IGF1, and AAS ran down the dock got into my boat and dumped in the middle of the lake. After this I went on a vacation ( planned) and made what turned out to be the first of a couple thousand skydives. It wasn't long before I had found my new fix and completely lost interest in going to the gym. At this time I was 220lbs and approx 10%BF I am 5'10". Over the next 15years I was introduced to various recreational drugs and drinking fairly large amount of alcohol after a day of jumping. Well as you can imagine this had a rather negative effect on my health. Not to mention my job requiring me to fly two to three times a week and living out if a suitcase and eating out 90% of the time. Thus past January I went to New Orleans and completely pigged out. When I got back I had my annual appointment with my Doctor and he sat me down and showed me the previous three years of blood work and told me if I didn't get in front of this I would be lucky to make it to sixty. I weighed 290 and had a 55 inch waist (around bellow button) and certainly was a member of the dicky do club. I started dieting and and doing cardio and told myself once I got down to 200lbs I would get back on the gear. Six months in (early June) the weight loss stalled. I had also started pushing weights in March and was not getting any strength gains. I was cycling carbs two weeks on two weeks off and during the two weeks off I kept my calorie intake to 1500 or less. I went back to the doctor and he sent me to get my test level checked. That came back at 312 and he told me that I didn't qualify for TRT and that I would in a couple years. During this time I looked into cost and couldn't believe it was gonna run me around $700 a month and I would have to make an hour and half drive twice a week. This is when I found the other forum and just said to hell with it I will do this TRT on my own and started taking Cyp at 250mg per week. After three weeks had my blood checked again (two days after last pin) and my test level was up to 1300. After spending what seemed to be a hundred hours educating myself it was time to add another compound. With my past experiance my favorite AAS was finaplex that was made from the pellets but now I saw that I could get this from a UGL and that there was various esters. Against the advise of a couple people on that forum I went ahead and brought Tren onboard but with the sides effects concerns (didn't recall this being an issue at all when I took fins) I got Tren A. I also switched test esters to Prop. Started with 350/350. The sides were terrible especially the insomnia. During my research I read a few times that Mast can minimize these sides but wouldn't see the muscular effect since my BF was still high. I brought this Mast on board and it had a slight minimizing effect. I further researched and found that these sides can be minimized by pinning every day vs EOD. Also found that ratios play an important part of this. I lowered the prop to 250 and kept Tren at 350. This helped but didn't want to lower my test any more due to libido issues (can't complain here cause with the Prami and Tren I was wearing out my GF) now I wanted to play with ratios and for the next month I raised my Tren dose my 10mg a week. The last two weeks I was running 250/350/700. Prop/Mast/Tren and the insomnia got very manageable. Another thing I noticed when I brought the Mast onboard I didn't have to take Aromasin anymore. Had blood checked st week 7 and E2 was 17 (I did have the more sensitive estrodal test since Tren can effect this). After this eight week blast my start and end weight was the same 225. At first my weight jumped to 235 but after I raised the Tren to over 500mg per week it slowly came back down. Had BF checked by calipers and the electrical pulse calipers had my start at 23% and the electrical pulse was at 27%. After cycle calipers had me at 17 and electrical pulse had me at 21. Both ways showed a six percent drop and I believe this is probably pretty close not sure what my true BF is but think I did loose 6%. My diet was pretty good cycling carbs thru the entire 8 weeks. My workout routine was 5 mornings a week I would swim laps for thirty-forty five minutes fasted diet. I would eat after swimming. Five days a week I would push weights after work. More of a higher reps 10-12 with three to five sets. One muscle group I would target 20 sets two muscle groups I would target 30 sets. Ended up having two a days four days a week. One day only swimming one day only lifting and one off day. After this cycle was done (middle August) I went on a TRT dose of Cyp again at 250mg. Since we are in bulking season I decided that my next blast would be a bulk sure I should try to get my BF down a little more but pretty proud of where I was on Jan 1 and where I am now. So I put on paper a hybrid bulk/cut which I started Oct 15

I want to try Tren with Tren being lower than test. If I don't like the results or sides I will switch back to 700Tren and 250prop. Also may add HGH.
