Thanks to all for the Welcomes! A little more about me - I'm an 'older' guy (54), but been lifting off and on for 20+ years, pretty seriously for the last 10 yrs. I'm mostly interested in gaining mass and like size. I've always been described as one of those fireplug types, lol, I'm 5'5", 205 lbs right now, looking to lose some bf I've gained lately. Had rotator cuff surgery a year ago for an extensive tear, was recovering from that pretty well, then was in a car accident over Labor Day weekend that tore it again. So I'm just now getting back into seriousness again and looking to drop some fat while ideally maintaining my current weight or close to it.

52 myself, similar situation on & off last bout 20 year's I suppose,. As I didn't start lifting til 32 ish, juicing 6 or so later . Back at I myself for two now, as I couldn't handle the sight if my 6' 1 1/2" arse @ 148lbs two years ago.

Been 241 Solid, holding steady 205-207 now, lean as hell, looking to get to 225 by end if Feb, mid March with minimal fat gain. Alot tougher for sure as we age.

But I remain Inspired, and also aim to inspire.
