Thanks for having me here. I don't have much to say, am really just a gym rat, do self trt, just trying to feel decent as I approach mid 40's. I have 3 year old twins so need to stay in shape to keep up with them. I enjoy reading about ped's and hearing others experiences. Been lurking for a bit and seems like a pretty tight group. I have been around for a while, i recognize some names here from other places, a lot of knowledge here in this group.

Thanks again!

Thanks all. A little tired from last night although I missed the comeback. I let my kids take over the tv when Atlanta went up 28 to 7. While the patriots were coming back I was watching Peppa pig.

I like Peppa Pig.....watch it with my nieces and nephews all the time.

Welcome to Fanstasy Island, I am tatoo the little guy :)

That was awesome link! I like it when peppa and mommy pig call him naughty daddy pig. My kids call me that whenever I do something dumb which happens a lot.

On a different topic, I find it difficult to really feel pulldowns well. Rows just feel better. I am going to try under hand grip pulldowns tomorrow, it has been a while since I did those. Any one have any tips in general for pull downs? I have tried slow reps, pause at top and bottom, partial range with heavier weight, varying grips, wide and narrow. I think it is more about body lean, i can't seem to get positioned well.

Thanks for the help guys.
