Hello everyone! I'm 29 years old and I've been lifting pretty religiously for about 8 years. I've read through some of the threads today and this seems like a cool place with a lot of great information. I'm happy to be here and cant wait to get to know everyone!

Still don’t get how so many people followed a reckless douche bag. And that is not a knock on OP cuz pit bulls are good dogs! I’m pretty sure someone here is smelling what I’m cooking lol.

He was some kid who was internet famous (well at least on bb.com etc...)that a lot of younger guys/kids liked or looked up to whatever you wanna call it...kid ended up dying I don't remember how...

Was like 21-22 and someone correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it OD’ing ? Sorry but I’m not looking up to a dead lil boy who was wreck less and known to abuse drugs and party just cuz he had good genetics and structure

I'm good man. Woke up blasted chest and shoulders then enjoyed lunch with my dad. Ate some lobster tacos at red lobster. Fucking delicious.

Hope you've been well, working too much still I'm sure!

Damn, that does sound good..! Funny, I mentioned some months back (dad -& I ) something about Lobster. He said he's never had it... Could never afford it. Which I can kinda relate, as my pop's was a truck driver for 35-40 years did everything he could to provide for me & my sis & mom.

I do remember going there "many" years ago..!

I've myself only had lobster a few times , one was in the Fla Keys me & my ex , Lobster Mango Tango wasn't a whole lot there deshelled fancy on a plate & you get a Fe springs of vegetables & fancy garnish (wouldn't fill me up
these days , imlime to eat, but that sucker was over $90 for her & I Key West .Never again

Good to be able to spend time with your Dad , that shit is so important. No guarantee's of tomorrow ya know.

Lotta hours , not really so much anymore I've been turning the 12's down affecting my training & gains too much .

But I am working tonight (my Sunday ) & 2 twelves early in the week (Thur & Fri are Holidays ) so i.tske what I can get for now.

There is a Red Lobster around the corner here , I may just pop in & check those out soon.

I found a place that does the surf & turf suppose to be good lil' upscale , i think I'd like to take my dad soon when I have the extra loot..

Him & I have gone one day to the last two big beer festival's here back in October, & July I think.

Gotta go get sone gainz in now myself after I put these Groceries away.

Ya time is important with loved ones. I've lost 2 grandparents and my mom in the past 2 years... really sucks...

Ya man red lobster has a lunch menu from 11-3. I got three nice size tacos on corn tortillas w jalapeno aioli/ cabbage slaw/ rice pilaf for only 9.99! Think my dad had the shrimp two ways (8 grilled 8 fried) w a salad /rice for 14.99. so not too bad when you catch the early specials. Bill was 31$ and change...

Nice...! And I'm very sorry to hear about the losses, "especially" mom, my sincerest condolences Brother.

Grandparents too mine have been gone a long, long time.

Only have vague memories of my dads dad.. & more so of his mom. My mom's mother I remember alot about , as she was passed from one sibling to the next after she had a stroke & list most of one side (ability to use one side etc.) As a sixteen years old 17ish when she stayed with us for 4-6 months every day I'd carry her up the stairs at my folks house 14 steps for baths & bed .

Both my folks are still here n in their 70's

Very fortunate to still have them around..!

Great you have the positive attitude, keep that up..!
