Hey guys whats up. Im new to this scene please forgive if i make a few mistakes. Im 34 5'5 150 and been lifting for series for the last 5 years. I am about 15 percent body fat right now. I have the cutting down but never seem to be able to put on real size without geting fat. Need help please.

What is yr daily nutrition? Most people think they eat enough to grow but are actually not. You need lots of good lean protein sources and veggies. Stop eating any thing processed or fast food. Only eat it if you cook it yourself. When on cycle i eat 6-7 meals a day and off cycle 5-6. 50 gms of protein every meal. Chicken breast, lean beef, fish and eggs. Lots of rice and beans and green veggies. Its not easy to eat the necessary food required but if youre disciplined you will make it happen. In 10 yrs i put on 65 lbs of muscle. Nutrition is the most important part

I agree. I track my macros right now im at 180 protien 45 fat and 400-450 carb i seem to grow. But i dont seem to be growing all that fast. I started out at about 7 percent body fat 124.4 pounds. I probably could be better with nutrition...

Those macros look pretty good for a guy your size to gain. Don't try to gain fast that's how you gain fat. Be happy if you're gaining steadily and it's mostly muscle and strength. You likely don't have the genetics to put on crazy size fast even with gear - I know I don't.

I'm 8 weeks in on Test 300 and Deca 600 and I've only gone from 185 - 190-92. Muscle milk pushed me up to 195, I ran out and I lost a few lbs, lol.. I look better overall though despite the lack of protein. I rarely get 1g per lb. Gonna start blasting some weight gainer and muscle milk this week. I'm going for 200lbs+. At 5'9", I have a rather small frame myself, so even 200 is a challenge right now.

My brother is the same body type as I am but he doesnt work out or really know what he is doing. He went on a cycle and gained 20lbs he looked pretty good but when he went off he lost all his gains due to nutrition and not working out. If i could get to about 180 at single digit body fat i would be happy.. did you experience any bad side effects with deca?

My brother is the same body type as I am but he doesnt work out or really know what he is doing. He went on a cycle and gained 20lbs he looked pretty good but when he went off he lost all his gains due to nutrition and not working out. If i could get to about 180 at single digit body fat i would be happy.. did you experience any bad side effects with deca?

Yeah I gained 25 lbs on my first dbol only cycle. Most guys blow up on their few couple cycles because they are below their natural genetic potential. Once you get to a decent size, say 50lbs past your natural weight (before you began lifting) - that's when you have to fight for those gains. You would be pretty big at 180 single digit. I'm still running the Deca and not experiencing any negatives at all. I feel pretty amazing actually. I'm religious with my arimidex and vitamin B6. I crush each body part once every 6-7 days and steadily getting stronger and more stamina. Recovery is incredible compared to natty. I had began this cycle with 600mg of test and 400mg of Deca, but the test was causing hairloss so I bumped the Deca to 600mg and cut the test in half to 300mg. Still feeling great, maybe slightly less horny...nah fuck that I'm still a dog! LOL.... I'll probably stay on 12-16 weeks total. Probably throw dbol in at some point..

Whats your aremidex dose? Why is the b6 so important?

Welcome to HCU ....I know it might get old to hear people say "EAT MORE"but its the truth...I am 60 yrs been an ATHLETE all my life ...I could never gain size but I was ALWAYS RIPPED 5 10' 175lb ...I started to put on REAL MUSCLE when I was 50 yrs taking PROHORMONES ,I never started PINNING till I went on TRT AT 55yrs ...now Im 250lb about 15% BF , I cruise all year then BLAST with TRESTOLONE (MENT)or NPP on a regular basis ....I only strength train now TWICE A WEEK FULL BODY WORKOUT ...I do CARDIO 3X times a week .....and I feel like a kid again .I use an AI 2X A WEEK and CABER as needed .....AND I EAT LIKE A FUCKING ANIMAL ....

Well I use liquid Arimidex at .5mg EOD. I get nipple sensitivity from time to time like right now a slight bit in my right nip when I massage my pec. Deca is no joke when it comes to amplifying the effects of estrogen, thus prolactin. I'm only on 300mg of test, but 600mg of Deca. B6 at 200-300mg+ a day controls prolactin to some degree, but if my tits start squirting milk and my dick dies I'll let you all know. LOL

I have heard that if you keep your test higher than your deca then you are less likely to have symptoms. But I dont know if thats bullshit or not....

That’s not true at all. More Test does not “cancel out” the prolactin effects of deca. That definitely was an old school theory though.
You can run 250mg of test and 600mg of deca and be fine as long as estro and prolactin are kept in check
