Just wanted to take a little time to introduce myself, and say "hi"..
I joined this forum months ago, and so far I love it.. Definitely top 2.. Maybe even #1.. I had spent most of my forum life on OLM, I joined back in 2009 and met a lot cool, knowledgeable, and helpful folks over there.. As well as some kick ass sponsors...
I am looking forward to the same successes here at Hardcore..
My stats are:
6'5"
250lbs
And roughly 10% bf
39yrs old
Ive been training since I was about 11, lots of bag work, and body weight movements.. Started weight training around 17.. My training includes a lot of Thai boxing, (mostly bag work, and sharpening my skill set) lots of compound tri-sets, core, and strength training.. Flexibility is key for me, but getting much harder with age.. I am looking to stay fit, fast, and healthy.. My days of chasing size are about numbered.. Far to hard at my height and age for that matter to keep up with the demand that comes with gaining size, quality size that is.. Plus ive delt with a number of health issues from sports which also seems to limit me at times.. Osteoarthritis in the hip and spine, degenerative disc of the lumbar, scoliosis of the thoracic.. And the icing on the cake, sustained 2 gunshot wounds to the back in 2010.. I try to not limit myself, my body does that for me..
