It’s been a while since I’ve been engaged on the boards. So 5 years ago, I had a great trainer, worked our 3 days a week, and after a year, decided to kick my work outs up a notch with a cycle.

My work outs jumped, my mood stabilized, anxiety went away and dropped my body fat, increase my muscle mass; however, my diet was in line, I never missed a work out, and was happy. I also had started my own business.

I was happy till I slipped on the ice and broke my dominate wrist, spending a year in a cast, doing rehab, and told no weight training. That year off turned into two and then three, as my company was growing and so was weigh. I can still see the muscle, under the extra pounds, renewed my gym membership and am giving myself an early Christmas gift, as in...guiltless time to leave the office for 3 to 5 hours a week in the gym, get my diet back in order, and re-engage with understanding what’s new in the world of weights.

I still have goal of hitting completion by my 50th birthday.

I’m 44 yrs old, 205 lbs, 6’1, 34” waist. Time to get down 180, where I was 3 years ago.

Welcome.., I trade ya... I'm trying to add back 25+ lbs.

Gotta get a bigger fork..!

I'm "always" starving believe it or not.

And I eat..! Hungry now myself , just coffee & GH for the
moment, I was going to BBQ, but too impatient & still need to go get meat, so I'll just go get a Steak / Salad / n potato

Midnight's here, just waking had a Iso whey / egg. & ModCarb shake with Flax oil . That's it..

So I'm ready to go & fork a cow...

~ no wise remarks Lol...
