What’s up fellas I’m wanting to switch my routine up a bit. I would like to hit my arms and chest 2x a week.
Any recomendations?

In my opinion thats counterproductive.. as im sure you know, working chest hits tri's and working back hits bi's. At the end of a good chest workout, burn out your tris at the end. Same with bi's on back day.. Also, depending on your goals with chest, doing chest twice a week wont get you to any new PR. If its more of the bodybuilding goal you're after.. do one day all barbell exercises, then the next chest day do all dumbbell. Just my two cents

I got stuck on chest at 410lb. A buddy of mine told me to start doing chest every OTHER week.. 6 weeks later im at 425lb.
 
What does your current split look like?
If you post it, it would give us an idea of what you're working with and how to restructure.
If you want to start from scratch. Here's an idea for a split.
Chest/Tris (heavy chest/light tris)
Legs(quad dominant)
Back/bis (light bis)
Shoulders
Legs (hamstring dominant)
Chest/bis and tris (light chest pump)
Just an idea. If you want 5 days just do 1 leg workout.
I could write out a whole plan if you want, but I'm a volume junkie. I tend to grow more the more I hit the muscles. I do better with less time off.
