Im one of those guys that has to have it spelled out for me. Always have with regards to routines. Looking for a recomp program that I can do at home mainly with dumbbells as I dont use bars very often any more. Anyone tried Stoppanis SS8 or MuscleHack THT? I have to workout at home and I only can get in about an hour a day and am spotter-less. Anyone have some decent programs let it rip. TIA.

I've never even heard of those workouts you mentioned but I'm reasonably certain I can throw some ideas at ya.
What are your goals?

Thanks for the reply! Looking for a recomp. Body fat has climbed up over the last few months due to a real shitty work schedule and travel outside the country. Guessin im up near 18-20% and it sucks. I usually like my build around 13 anyway but I can still feel the difference. My goal would be to gain some more size and drop some body fat. Ill be doing carb cycling and running test/tren/DHB. May add clen/T-3 but I havent been very tolerant of clen in the past. Prior to start of new program I am doing a 10 Day carb restricted DNP run which begins monday for carb depletion. I prefer a 5 day program and usually split it MTWFS with Thursday as an off day. This is due to daughters sport schedule where we get home Thursday at 11p. I have all dumbells, a power rack, and leg curl bench and have to train at home. Definitely prefer mostly dumbbells and definitely enjoy supersets/pyramids/etc.

I know I threw a lot at ya but, half my battle is always finding my next program. Have been that way since I had a trainer in high school and was never able to break the mold. Appreciate any help in advance!

I know you said you enjoy mostly dumbbells, but you have you have a power rack. Have you looked into 531 boring but big? You can def do most of it, except for squats and deadliest with dumbbells. You can superset or giant set the accessory exercises and it's setup to where you can very easily get stronger even while cutting calories. I'll give more info if you have any questions. I do more high volume workouts now, but this was probably my favorite program up until now.
It's 4 days a week. Hit everything 2x and only took about 30minutes to an hour.

They recommend against db bench press but I did those and db military. They progressed great and worked fine.
As far as fatloss or recomp, that will all diet and "supplementation".

How's the dnp treating you?
