Good day to all and one. Hope everyone that reads my introduction will get to know me a little better. I am excited at the same time a bit walking into the unknown. I have been and active in bodybuilding for most of my 14 years now and have made it , as far as attending my first amateur show. Other than that I am just a 30 something hard-working construction man l ( steelworker )and I am a true red white and blue blooded American and I love my country and who I am and I would never trade that , let alone sell out for anyone or anything in this world. And yes , I am and early retired Military man...had more important things to work on ( mainly my family ) and they come first , besides I served my Country for 12 years...ok..that's about it...i hope i can learn from all the seasoned veterans i have been following for a minute. Some real great advice ...thanks

It's always an honor to serve my Country and all my fellow Americans. I am definitely going to support this forum as i would my Country. Loyalty is a quality few people have in this day and age...sad but true. But that doesn't mean we have to join that band wagon. I say , Hello No!!!!...let's be a prime example and spread our knowledge and comradery within this circle ; the lives we change today , can assist the next generation into a positive , successful more honorable as well productive way of life. I have had too many blessings from a higher power to just keep those gifts to myself. My intentions on this board is to earn my rank as i did in the military and to serve this community as best as I can. Thank you.

Yup, fakes are another big problem. I've seen it on a lot of boards where a few members turn out to be fake. GotTren is one faker who is truly a disgrace for using Rob Riches' pics as his own. When a fake is exposed, he is shamed then banned
