Neuropathy, healing nerve damage

I had several fasciotimies in my leg which has resulted in neuropathy (nerve damage) in my leg and foot. Are there certain supplements or any gear that is good for the reconstruction and repair of nerves?

I've got experience with nerve damage, different cause than you, mine as a result of two 9mm rounds entering and exiting my right calf destroying the tibia and fibula on the way through. All I can really say is that I never noticed any AAS or HGH helping much. It just took several years to get the feeling back below my wounds and on the outer top of the foot. Massage felt good/like torture, it is still like an electric shock when something brushes up against the one exit scar. The massage helps to break down the scar tissue as well. Unfortunately I can only tell you that it takes time but the nerves do mostly seem to recover.

I have brutal neuropathy from having diabetes which was caused, come to find out, by a tumor in my spine..so to make things worse, I went through two rounds of chemo which made the pain even worse..I take 600 mg of Lyrica and cymbalta and these do nothing compared to the Red strain of Kratom! This stuff I live by, helps so so much! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
