Need some advice my friends.

Been on GH now for nearly, if 'not' more than2 years Straight now..

Have a bud that used to be a Mr Mich, who will not train w/o it, as he says he gets "injured" /injuries otherwise.

Awesome. Thanks MCMM. This will actually be my first ever run with some quality GH some I am anxious to get started.

That really sucks ds! I'm not experienced enough to offer suggestions. But I am in awe of your cycle! And best of luck on your surgery and recovery .

Thanks for your kind sentiments. I actually can't wait to get this over and start my recovery.

My second choices but there free now.

Hard thing to do but keep diet in diet in check and lower your carbs. You will keep bodybfat down and rebound hard core when you start back training and add carbs. Learned this from Dave polumbo (not personally) and trt

This is my right foot AFTER the cast came off! Compartment Syndrome. LUCKILY some “quack” healer, as my dr called her, somehow made it go away in 2 sessions after my dr told me eventually Id lose my foot only if I was lucky.

Well my surgery is set for Dec. 7th. It only takes the docs about 45min to put the screw in...I'll be knocked out so it will probably be the best 45 min of sleep I'll ever have. Then after that it will be 3mo. of none weight bearing. Thats gonna be the hard part.

As far as the treatment goes the doc didn't really give me much of an option. He pretty much said I was getting a screw put in. He said due to my lifestyle with me strength training 3-4Xs/wk and the other days I doing some sort of high impact cardio couple with my career that there would be a high chance of a rebreak if I didn't.

Mine did the same but offered a cast first and reevaluate as we went along. I did the cast first and decided to leave it for 3 months. It never healed but the area did fill in so I said screw it. Havent had any pain from it yet during any lifting, overseas work, etc. its a shitty injury to have man. I feel for ya. The beat feeling in the world is starting to put weight back on it. Scary as shit too. Lol

Heres mine
