Need some advice my friends.

I broke my 5th Metatarsal (Jones Fracture) last week in my left foot at work and need to have a screw placed for proper healing. My ortho doc is encouraging me to keep up with my strength training but no pressing movements with my left leg and obviously no cardio as I will be non-weight bearing for 3-4 months post surgery....although he will allow me to swim.

I am currently mid cycle and I am unsure if I should discontinue my cycle due to the injury or finish it out as I am still allowed to weight train.

Current cycle:
Test prop 400mg/wk
Primo enth 800mg/wk
NPP 500mg/wk
Tren ace 500mg/wk
Proviron 75mg/ed
Adex .5mg/ed

My thoughts were to maybe discontinue everything with the exception of test as I am on TRT replacement anyways.

I also was going to start GH at 2iu/ed and slowly ramp up to 6iu. Should I just run 2iu until I am cleared for weight bearing to possibly help with the healing process or no GH at all until I am 100%.

Drop to hrt and find some BPC-157 500mcg daily for 3-4 weeks

i cant find the study, but don’t go higher than 2iu ghrowth untill 8 weeks after surgery

I am not too familiar with that peptide. Can you briefly explain the reason your suggesting BPC-157?....and is this post surgery or starting now?

Got some from.HUPharma, in lieu of the what was owed me , that and 300 g***'s TE raw

Suppose to go well with TB (Thymosin Beta ) using now, but need to get more TB

I would drop everything, keep test at 500mg a week, maybe run hcg to stay fresh till you go back on. I would def run gh and work up to the 6iu, since the sides do get crazy sometimes with water retention but it lasts about 2 weeks or so. Sucks to hear but I remember when I broke my hand and I was on a huge cycle, and I dropped everything, cause there’s no point. Keep ur diet up though, as most people slack when they are hurt.

Thanks Roc. So you think that increasing the GH will aide in the healing process and recovery will be faster?

Mentally this is gonna be rough....diet is gonna have to be spot on.

i sware by gh for healing brother, I have known so many power lifters that have gotten injured and really stepped up gh and healed faster and there doctors have been floored. I wear contacts, and in the 8yrs I’ve been taking gh my vision has gotten better, I used to wear 2.0 power, 8 yrs later I’m wearing 1.50, and every time I hear the eye doctor say it must be the supplements you take. I sleep like a rock, hardly ever get sick, feel like a million bucks, I’ll never come off gh
 
Been on GH now for nearly, if 'not' more than2 years Straight now..

Have a bud that used to be a Mr Mich, who will not train w/o it, as he says he gets "injured" /injuries otherwise.

That really sucks ds! I'm not experienced enough to offer suggestions. But I am in awe of your cycle! And best of luck on your surgery and recovery .
