That sounds better for me. I have a hard time pinning twice a week already due to time, and keeping it hidden from the wife. Every day would be impossible for me. I wonder if I can start pinning it Monday’s and Friday’s, then eod? Either way, I want to give it a try.

You could always ( if your work environment, allows )
Or leave 15 -20 minutes early with a slin pin and prepackaged alcohol wipes.., & pin discrete , toss pin in an old coffee can w/lid into trunk. Hid well.. just in case..??
Or pin prior to the gym ( if you go to a commercial gym )
I know, locker room is scketchy..! Depends..!
Either way, good luck.. I'm.liking so far..! Felt strong this morning with a brief chest workout & arm blast.
But I pinned "after" ..! Then 200 primo two hours ago.
