How I'm important is N ACETYL-L- CARNITINE while on cycle... I feel that is does make a difference

Really where do u get that I'm def interested I do 500 a day... does it come in N ACETYL form?

Carnitine is one of those more expensive supplements that does have some studies behind it that show various beneficial effects throughout the body. There are several different forms of carnitine as well which show slightly
diffferent areas of benefit. The N Acetyl form is has been studied a lot for its positive effects on the brain and mood. Regular L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate show some positive effects in the metabolic
areas like reducing muscle damage during intense exercise. If it makes you feel good taking it then continue but from what I've read, it would not be necessary or come close to the effects of anabolics.

It's because of what it does to your androgen receptors... I feel way more energy and drive when I take ALCAR... especially while on cycle

I use L carnitine caps orally. I have no idea if it makes a difference.
