Here's a pic I took this morning. I am currently 5'11", and 163lbs. Body fat is pretty low. I've been natty for the last couple of years, and had completely given up on bodybuilding. I have been working out for a few months, now. I just took my first pin of Test Cyp (250mg e5d). I'm hoping to get back to around where I was back before I quit working out. I was about 195lb and 8% bf. This is only the beginning.

Gotta stay accountable. I'm counting on this muscle memory, once this test kicks in. I've been tested in the past couple of years, and my test levels were definitely low. Just had a bunch of other shit I cared more about than getting in shape. Moving it up to the top of the priority list.

And damn, I need to shave my upper body. LMAO

Lol. You ain't got shit when it comes to hair. Check this out

And Muscle memory will do it's part , turned 52 last week,
and going on two years this Thanksgiving time, I started back up myself @ 148 (6' 2"), had taken a long leave I absence from it all, gear, training, jus work, work, stress , more work and alot of tasty craft brew threw those nearly
Six years of layoff.

So, started training again btwn the Holiday's of 2015, have been back to 218 few months back, currently sitting at 208 bout 10%, or less, visible abs , serratus and obliques, If I crunch it down.

This winter,. "Bulking" is "On" as I write, but shooting for a solid 225 + by year's end.

You'll do it, stay motivated, stay Inspired..!

6 years of layoff is a long time, and I myself didn't go to gym for 4 years after a severe head injury left me with some limitations along with triggering a severe bout of depression. Took 2 years to get back into semblance of shape including getting some PT to "rewire" some functions.

Yes....! Too long, and it had a quite a bit to do with my bout (s) of depression.., but I'm Baaacckkk..! as Jack Nicholsen says in the Shining..,. Lol ..!

Glad you rebounded, and are doing well..!

Lifting is a "Great" thing that I'll never, ever give up on again, unless physically unable to.

yep thats me man. I used to be on IL back in the day! Now that I'm gonna get my test levels back to where I can feel halfway normal again, its gonna be much easier to get all that muscle back!

Low test can really attribute to the depression too. I've gone through the exact same shit. Once you use gear for a couple years straight, then try to go back to nothing, it'll shock your body like crazy. I actually started having seizures after I stopped all gear (I don't think it had anything to do with the gear, more just getting older). My epilepsy is also back in check, so I'm 100% ready to rock!

Taken today after chest/tricep workout. 168lbs (aready up 5 from the last photo, but could be water weight.)20170822_163454_phixr.jpg
