Alright guys I figured I'd share my progress with my HCU brothers. The first pic is last summer June or so. The last was a few days ago Feb 25th.
I got back in the gym august and ran a cycle Late Nov. Ran 8 wks test tren with anavar for two of those weeks.. 150 test e, 350 tren ace then switched to tren E towards the last of it. Mostly pl gear other than test.
Started at 215 and ended up at 195 and had packed on a ton of mass.

I cruised for 4 weeks and my bloods came back good to go 2-26 so I started my next cycle.

I am currently running (10wks)

200 test cyp
300 tren ace
400 mast prop
Anavar 40 mg ed first two weeks
Winstrol 50 mg ed last 4 weeks
Pinning e2d

Will try to post results each month. So looking forward to this. I train 5-7 times a week (sometimes 2 times a day) morning fasted cardio on the bike 20 mins, and evening Hit cardio either on the treadmill or at the track. My diet is very clean and I eat 7-8 meals a day.. 3-4 of those are chicken / rice / broccoli. I don't pay much attention to macros..
Alot of you guys have been a huge help to me in this journey and I appreciate each and every one of you that has pitched in along the way. Truly a band of brothers!

Little update. Finally feeling the gains, I decided to lower calories to about 2-2500 which is 12-1500 under my maintenance. I am cutting up nice, strength is up I went from 280 bp to 3 plates 1rm just last nite so stoked about that I had been stuck at 275-280 for a long time. Bench has always been my weak point as my deadlift is pretty good compared to my low bench.. Seeing some more ab definition, can feel that the belly fat I have left is breaking down. Just finished the anavar ended up running 60 mg ed for the last week and a half.
Feeling like a badass again. Sides are very low just night sweats no blood pressure issues like with the first tren run.

Definitely sounds like your making some good progress my friend.....congrats. Keep up the hard work and stay disciplined.
 
looking good brother. Whats your goal? I ask because of looking at your compound selection I would think you were cutting. Also I think stopping anavar after 2 weeks isn't a good idea because thats when the magic kicks in.

Yea I am cutting. I have for the past 11 days lowered cals below maintenance anywhere from 300-1500 cals depending on how the day goes. Usually about 600 or so on average.
And the anavar I just used what I had left which was about two weeks. Trying to look good for summer. I am going to do a true bulk next go
but that will be way up in the winter. Gotta take a break this summer and get everything good to go.

That makes perfect sense, thank you for explanation. Your compound selection is excellent for cutting. IF I were you, I'd save the anavar and use with winny at end of cycle OR buy 2 weeks of anavar...but you may have already started.
 
No not started whinny yet I wanted to do 6 wks of it.. Everywhere I read ppl swear to not run orals over 6 wks. I do all the liver support and drink plenty of water.. Tudca, milk thistle, and saw palmetto for prostate and hair... I am open to running var with whinny at the end just don't know much about orals in general.. May pick up some liquid var and let the wife use what I don't. Shes wanting another cut cycle anyhow..

Down to 186 lbs this morning. So I have lost 9 lbs on this cut. And the better part of it has came since I have been calorie counting the last two weeks. On the recumbent this morn g doing my fasted cardio. Feeling better ever day. Loosing weight and gaining mass.
 
Started whinny a few days ago.. Had one of the best workouts this cycle yesterday.. Everything just felt on point... I had some preworkout gummie bears to spike my insulin before and get some quick carbs.. Man I felt good.
I am up a few lbs, back to 189 ish.... According to a body fat caliper I have lost about three mm fat (taken 1" next to my belly button) from 12mm to 9mm. I can literally feel my abs in every movement I make... Getting very vascular... I really like the way whinny makes me feel. I have already started to feel some of the joint pain though. Gonna add in var when it comes in and run it with the whinny.. And finish the last two weeks with phenermine to shed that last bit of fat..
Will try to get some progress pics soon.
 
I ended up lowering the masteron to around 350 mg wk and upping the tren to 420mg wk and I’m pinning ed. This will yeild a solid 9 wk cycle. I finally feel the effects of the tren now and sides have picked up slightly to me that’s how I know my dosing is on point. Gonna drag it out another few weeks. Gonna finish up by upping yes to 500 wk to see how sides from tren are, (never ran high test to tren), phentermine, and anavar.
