Week 7.

So far weight has kept steady at 178lbs and appetite is still well controlled at the .25mg once a week dosage. No more strength loss noticed as well. May consider bumping it to .375mg. Has anyone did that dosage or a bit more and what if any reaction?

Today turned 61 officially!

Still chugging along and Week 11 is approaching. Maintaining the .25mg EW and soon may bump to .375mg EW. Appetite is still under control and weight has remained around 178-180 range.
