Lol nice choice. I listen to a mostly classic rock ('60s-'80s) playlist I built with some rap and a sprinkle of electronic house music (for cardio sessions). At times I listen to a workout music channel on the SiriusXM app. I often wear an old pair of headphones considering I'm so hard on headsets hahaha.

Going straight into the gym after a long car ride feels quite rough. Hope you got to loosen up a bit first by perhaps riding the bike for a few mins and doing some basic stretches.
 
Since this week was off on the training schedule, I decided to end it off with a sick shoulders, tris, and bis pump. The pumps have been a1, despite not really taking any preworkout or pump product. I have held around 190 throughout the holidays and can't complain with the condition. Simple but effective.

Ending off 2025 the right way with leg day. The legs are growing well. Pumps have been great, I increased volume this week so the training weight will start increasing slowly. Bodyweight still around 192. Not really looking to push it up too much right now.

Today I had a pull session. I am really happy with how my back is progressing. Weight is holding steady around 192lb fasted, which I am quite happy with. Question for people in the comments, do you track blood gluclose and blood pressure? I think soon I will push the food. Also shoutout to US-PHARMACIES.NET for the quick touchdown. No gym, scheduled rest day so that means grocery shopping, meal prepping, cardio, and extra time with the dog. After listening to John Jewett, I have decided to implement more intense cardio sessions in my offseason. The goal was to keep the heart rate elevated and stay out of breath.
I woke up a little heavier today at 194.

Cardio today: 20 minutes stair master. Which resulted in a nice pump. (Pump pic attached)
