Clen caps!
It's so cheap I wouldve only use Pharma tabs to be sure it's dosed right and also because the dose needs to be titerated up slowly.
I used it at 160 mcg a day went up slowly
Women use around 60-90 mcg.
In men 100 or more is required for fat loss
Woman around 80 mcg

So people may have no issues and heart palpitations so it should be used for her at 20 mcg see if ok then 20 more around lunch
Next move up to 40 mcg in morning 20 at lunch
If tolerated then 40 mcg in morning and 40 mcg at lunch
Normal side effects or slight alertless, shaky hands, muscle cramps and head ache in afternoon!
To help take magnesuim at 500 mg at night while on take a good multivitamin and taurine 2000 mg a couple times a day. Also baby aspirin can be used same way it is for ephedra stack.
Depletion of magnesium is something the stimutes do!!!

Here let me explain I cap things
Clen is dosed in mcg micro grams so too make 50 caps at 350 mg too fill a capsule and 40 mcg each cap. 200 mg of clen and around 17 grams of filler needs too be mixed evenly the capped . That's impossible

There is no way in fucking he'll they are acuarately dosed without thousands of dollars worth of pharmaceutical mixing and capping equipment .and if they had that they would press tablets.

That is what I said tablets are way too cheap and clen needs to be accurately dosed.
Some don't agree with it and dose needs to be titerated up
