Hey guys

I always like hearing peoples ideas and opinions and starting conversation. This could be good for newer guys that are still blinded buy the supplement industry and buy every single supp that promises to get them up on stage with jay cutler in 6 months.

Whats everyones must have supps?
Whats the things that you always have stocked in the cupboard and wouldnt go without?
Whats some supps you have tried that were absolute garbage?
 
My must have are; amino acid, creatine, glutamine, D-aspartic acid and some coffe. Best pre work out for me.

Nice pick fellas.
I keep the bcaa's and creatine on hand.
Also fish oil.
Taurine i have but dont use religiously.
I like to keep things pretty basic really and not over complicate things.

Me and coffee have a love/hate relationship. I love it and it hates my intestines. Goes straight through like dam clock work haha. Need to mame sure i have easy access to a toilet if i want to enjoy a coffee. Haha

Like glutamine powder its my must.. Then bcaa,creatine,vitamins, and a preworkout mix I use.
I think lots of people underestimate the power of glutamine cause i dont here many guys talk about it, i like to mix it with my other supps i mentioned its a must for me also, good choice bayouboy1.

Have to agree 110% brother I got advice from someone once. He was big as fuk lol.... He said out of all the amino acids glutamine powder is superior. Its the most used amino in muscle growth. I never did look into it any or question him lol. But your muscles absorb it up. Its my must lol.. He said if you do anything or take anything besides protein it best be glutamine

Yep and when working crazy shirts and food is scarce it comes in handy!!! I normally use it before and after bed and post w.o.... Days my food intake is not where I like I use little more. I carry that shit with me everywhere lol!!!

Hey elite good starting this thread ! I logged on to ask very same question . I been using supplements since 1977. I used to spend so much money at the area store the owner knew me well and smiled when I came in lol he knew it was automatic 200$ when I walked in shessh I was so naive and ignorant lol. If I knew then what I know now?? I'd have actually had enough money to move out of mom and pops before I hit 30 lol. I do believe some supplement are essential though

Protien powders - I have used metrx for 20 years or so , still think they are one of the best though every time they come out what I think to be best they fuckin d/c it cuz most people don't know quality .
I like to use whey after workouts but also use Either a blend or milk with active casamorphiens .
I do still use amino capsules only no tabs between meals on empty stomach

Multi vitamin - in capsules only
This calcium supp called Bone up since 95 when I had my spine reconstructed and in my MRI every three months my doc remarked how he had never seen healing so quickly and yup I was in my 30s .
I still use creative .
I do use probiotics since everything that makes us strong or have energy to train depends on digestion and our immune system - so to be healthy is to have a body that can take anything .
Main point is nothing helps if you don't eat the right macros . Diet is the cornerstone of success .

This myosinthesis whet by metrx was also like delicious and barely needed to stir, practically dissolved when moist but like they did to ketopro powder in 2001 they just discontinued it .

I do like muscle egg liquid too its flavored egg white in gallon jug drink it taste like dessert not egg white unbelievable .

Also since a child in Kung fu class mao hung
Tea then but ephedrine hcl I cycle that year round on and off . It has to be the straight Chem though not so called ,"extract " I could eat those like m and ms . Hard to find

Oh and recently got this grape BCAA powder mix it with diet Sprite or 7up relax watch tv with my branch chain cocktail lol tastey yum yummm
