Rambo's MT2 works well for me. I shoot 25mcg every third day.

I did .250 eod for a week and tanned in the bed once.....i got dark as hell and kept it for nearly 2 months despite no tanning. Hit another .250 right before a week in Myrtle and right back to dark as hell. Couldnt imagine using 5-1 mg but it is skin tone dependent. I also think lower dose kept my freckles and stuff from darkening too fast. I love this stuff but am cautious as hell w it. You can always get darker bit if u go too dark right off the rip you have no choice but to look like a fool for a little while....lol

It takes me abut 3 weeks to get to where I want to be, that is 1mg every day 7 days a week and no tanning bed at all, heck I don't even go outside much! My freckles do get dark, it looks like I got splashed by a mud puddle. After I get to where I want to be I can drop it down to like twice a week at 1mg each and I will maintain it. I will keep my color for about 3 months after I stop taking mt2.
