Motor City Muscle Machine and I go way....back. Met him about 25 years ago in an OLD SCHOOL GYM, no a/c in the place in the summer time, nothing but a few ceiling fans in the place. It was hotter inside the gym than it was outside. The dumbbells were nothing but plate steel cut into the shape of a circle. Think we both bounced around between a few local gyms but always managed to keep in touch. I didn't know a damn thing about gear when I met him and picked his brain on the subject whenever I saw him. The only thing I knew was that I wanted to get big as fuck. He always gave me good advice and answered any questions I had for him. Were bonded by the Marine Corps and I consider him a brother for life...
 
How do you think I keep so "shredded"...? Lol.!

I like it "HOT" ...! Except Thai Food hot, I can't handle that shit, reg/mild for me pleeze..!
