Monsters Inside Me

That's actually a very old standard that's not true anymore. The parasites have pretty much been eradicated.
The "pork people" recommend between 145 (medium rare) and 160 (medium)

Watch the show Heavi-Head. It's free to watch in the link I posted. You'll be freaked out about it too.

Also, add to that, you can "rid" intestinal parasite's by
ingesting garlic, pumpkin see, cucumber seed powder, horseradish root, and a whole host if other things pygnoginal...? << spell...? probably wrong.., but Google parasite elimination in human gut, etc.(or the like ) Plenty good info on it, and plenty if preventive measures.

Same with eggs...don't eat too many of them raw.

It used to be pomegranate seeds mixed with honey

I've read if you rinse the shell of eggs most salmonella is contained on the shell and used to drink them raw but figured protein wasnt much more exp and eggs taste better cooked...That show disgusts me as I have a weak stomach but I sometimes worry about the sushi I eat having read horror stories but the one place I norm go is very clean and professional

I'm just fascinated by the show. Love to see how each of the creatures work and how the person got infected.

I love that show too but I get paranoid for days after lol!!! Bleh. I also, albeit rarely eat sushi and yeah I think it's risky even though ppl do it every day

The last one I saw was pretty nasty though. It was an Ovarian tumor this chic had. They showed actual photos. It had hair, teeth, eyeballs and everything. Now that was GROSS. I don't mind seeing the worms and other parasites and learning how they get into the body and live. That's the part I find fascinating.
