I swear I can take one sip and I start to feel like shit. Start feeling bloated and overall gut discomfort.

I used to love using Mio, Mio energy and Crystal Light to flavor water or mask awful tasting drinks, but I've basically narrowed it down that these flavoring systems just don't agree with me.

Do these mess anyone elses stomach up? I'm guessing it's due to all the artificial sweetners in them jerkit:

Doesn't mess with my stomach just bloats me like a water balloon.
I use to put a good amount into a gallon of water. At the end of the day I'd be holding the entire gallon under my skin lol.
Cut out the Crystal light and that problem went away.

I figured crystal light was sugar free and had no artificial sugar. Ive been drinking the pink lemonade for some time and im constantly bloated, never put thought that this could be the reason. You guys think flavor drops with stevia would be better.

I also think the artificial colors play a role too.

I can drink the Rockstar Pure Zero Silver Ice (black and white can) as well as any of the VPX Bang energy drinks and none of those give me issues. The Bang energy drinks come in different flavors but none of them are colored, they're all clear.

I've been drinking a lot of Powerade Zero. Love it, but it's damn expensive. I really like to have a drink that has electrolytes in it.

I use liquid flavored stevia drops. Lemon and root beer are my favorites. I get them in the organic/natural foods section at the grocery store. It's expensive...$15 a bottle, but it'll last a month easily.
