Here's a recent pic of me at 60. Rather lean now due to an Achilles tear I sustained back in January and just returned to the gym. Working my way back to where I was before the injury and it will take time.

Yep ran that along with GHK-Cu to help speed healing starting right after surgery for nearly 2 months. I was back on my feet at start of week 7 post surgery.
