okay who dosent want to see this fight.lets start with some facts

Yes connor has not boxed professionaly but dusted Jose Aldo in 13 seconds
Mayweather is without a doubt the best defensive counter puncher that has boxed
that said he is about 14 years older than conner has brittle hands is a much smaller person and conner has that Knock out touch in his punches.
i think that if canelo or tripple G fought him today they would both win. Thats why he is "coming out of retirement for the paycheck"
besides if Conner can win even one round he is still killing the game with a huge payday and promotion of his brand.

Here's my 2 cent as a fighter who sparred with boxers, Muay Thai guys and MMA guys. The only reason this fight is fair is because they're boxing, Connor would kill mayweather if they saw each other on the street. I think some of you guys are underestimating Connor's conditioning, it's not like he has no idea he's boxing now and won't train accordingly. He's a world class athlete with the best trainers accessible to him, you don't think he can get ready for this fight? Don't be ridiculous.
I also think mayweather won't KO Connor at all. He might hurt him, but he's never been a KO guy and especially not at 40 now. And a lot of you guys are going to think it's because his lack of power at 40, but I think he's not going to be as fast as well. It looks like he's trying to pack on some weight which will also slow him down. So If you've ever fought, KO punches are not necessarily hard and powerful. They are the ones you don't see and i'm not sure Floyd can get that speed at 40 and packing on weight to catch Connor off guard. Sure, there are guys like Tyson who has knock out power from any punch but thats not Floyd. I've sparred with champion fighters and they almost KOed me hitting like 40-50% strength, and it's because they caught me with punches or kicks to the head I had no idea. I had one where a former champion Muay thai fighter, head kicked me. I thought he punched me, I didn't even see it and I was almost out. It wasn't until after I saw a video of us that I even knew it was a kick, and he didn't even kick hard.
It's gonna go 2 ways. Connor goes the distance with mayweather getting the decision. Or Connor is going to catch mayweather. Understand that MMA guys move differently, it's one of the things I had the most trouble with just sparring MMA guys. They come at different angles and move differently. I think Connor had a chance catching mayweather if he finds an opening. He has the power to do it. And you can be sure he's looking for it.

Wouldnt pay a dime for it,but I will watch it the following AM on MMA share for the curiosity of it all...
It'll be a crazy ridiculous price and I bet the fight won't go for more than 3 rounds.

It is a different sport, related obv, but he does have a punchers chance. He could possibly KO Mayweather but Mayweather is quick even at his age. And Im sure he knows Conor will be looking for a KO. If he starts dancing and Conor gets frustrated and nervous once he realizes he's in a whole diff game he could get ko'd as well lol... I think it's exciting but I wouldnt bet money on either. Thing is it's a lose/lose for Mayweather. If he wins he was supposed to win and if he loses he tarnishes his legacy and boxing as well. Conor has done alot in MMA but not as much as guys like Silva and even Liddel. He had a great streak but didn;t defend his title's much at all and didnt make it past Diaz the first time. That class if to big for Conor though IMO. I don't know what his next move is but if he retires win or lose from MMA I would say that is financially smart but from a fighters standpoint cowardly. He didnt face the Russian dude(cant think of his name may not even be Russian lol) and has a few guys that could give him a run for his money. If he wants to go down like a Jon Jones or Anderson he needs to beat a lot more tough fighters.

In a street fight, macgregor would whoop most folks ass including me with a bat and gun lol.
I'm with the most of you Connor early with a K.O. or Floyd lands 2 to 1 with counter punches. Watching the news brief Connor still showing a MMA style stance vs Floyds smooth boxing stance and movement, Floyd still has the speed but the deep rounds at 40 may be a tell as well. If anyne has Kodi and the app for the fight let us no on here. I will be looking as well for it.
