I am a garbage man working 55-80hours a week at a place where we don't use the one arm trucks. We're still old school.

I make time for the gym before work at 3am. Killed me at first. Started out doing 2 days and worked up to 4.

Who else killa themselves at work and still hits the gym regularly?
What's your diet? Workout? Tips.
 
I install windows and doors , I lift and walk all damn day ,but I’m up and in the gym by 5 am five days a week, I feel your pain

Lol hell yeah. My wife says I'm crazy. After I got used to it and found the right workout it actually seems to help some days.
To be honest though I don't know if I could handle it without a little "assistance".

What's your workout and diet looking like brother?

Work 24hrs...off work for 48hrs. Hit the gym right after shift....7am. Needless to say we eat...and we eat ALOT. Ya know how they have 'Servings per package' under the nutritional values on food packages....well they need to have 'Servings per Firefighter'. Good thing for me I stay disciplined...portion control and my diet restrictions are pretty strict.
 
I hear you brother. I eat like a freaking horse all day. I bring a cooler full of food and 2x 60gram protein shakes to work. Gotta get in those calories. I see so many guys, especially in the summer dropping pounds a month.

Mad respect for you being a fire fighter. You guys deserve more recognition.
