Ok bros; I have found the secret to losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It isn't a new twist on cardio or some kind of Himalayan herb...it's Pneumonia paired with a sinus infection! It's awesome. First...you cough so hard when eating that you get tired of it and only finish half of your meals. Plus; your stomach is constantly filled with fresh mucus so you don't feel like eating most of the time anyways and nothing beats sleeping in a recliner ( to help with drainage and so Mrs. U can sleep). It gets better....the antibiotics for this inhibit bacterial protein synthesis...and skeletal muscle protein synthesis. My doctor said I should be ready to go back to the gym in another week so that's 3 weeks off but what the hell...my abs are super tight from all the coughing. I went through the entire winter without even a case of the sniffles and then this....I don't know if I've ever had a bug like this.
