Ok, trying to give as much info as possible...
44, lifting on and off for 27 years. I typically "train" as opposed to just lift. Played football in college(Div 2), was a competitive power lifter for many years and my numbers were pretty competitive/good at 197 and 205. 650s, 405b, and 655dl. West side barbell training style. That was many years ago, but those years taught me the importance of going to the gym with a purpose as opposed to just going and lifting. My workouts are laid out and followed, not just guessing when I walk in the door.
Have run a number of 12 week cycles, a couple 8 weekers, and a 20 week cycle. 20 week was my last one. Have used test e, c, sust, and prop. Tren e and a, although I just didn't get much from either compound which makes me assume they were way underdosed or complete fakes. Both from same source. Seem to have done well with both NPP and deca. Often start with dbol which I get good gains from. In addition, a number of random things such as TNE, Tren suspension, Tren no ester, inj dbol and inj adrol.
What I would like to do this time is run another long cycle landing me towards end of August. Roughly 20 weeks. My thoughts are to run the beginning half as a lean bulker, and the second half to use as MORE LEAN bulker. Haha. In other words, I don't necessarily need to run second half as a cutting mini cycle but would like to lean out a little more than I am and would be.
I have most products on hand that could be used in almost any cycle barring Hgh and primo. Both inj as well as orals. Tbol, adrol, dbol. Also have plenty ai and hcg on hand.
My diet is generally pretty good and I will sit down with a buddy of mine who is a national competitor that is scheduled to(hope to) get his pro card in 8 weeks. Both he and his wife compete. Both sponsored. And both work in the business. She owns two gyms and is the personal trainer, and he runs a large supplement fulfillment center. Needless to say, I get a lot of product. Anyway, they will be organizing my diet and I stay on beat with a plan when on hand.
I weigh about 215 now and generally like to get to 235-240. My guess(prob pretty close after all these years) is I am about 12-%14% bf right now but always look athletic, never frumpy. I get in shape quickly and have good genetics and muscle memory. What I have never done, due to not wanting to, is actually train and cycle to meet the goal of a "ripped" look. I just never liked it. Wife prefers it, I would prefer to weigh 260 with 24inch arms, no neck, thick abs, and fuking huge!!! Haha. May be getting too old for that and this would be a good time to see how far I can take myself with this. She would appreciate it. Lol
Let me know what your thoughts are. I'd like a kickstart to a cycle and an oral finish(now that sounds odd haha) as well. I would like to run Tren again and see how I respond, never used eq or mast, but have plenty of each. All short and long.
What other info you want? I didn't put down exact cycles I used as This is very long winded as is. I don't mind stacking many compounds, all I would prefer is that I don't pin every day. Eod is fine, 3x/week better yet. But with goal in mind, I am willing to do what is needed.
