So I've noticed this probably a dozen times before. Sometimes when I'm lifitng the corners of my lips turn s light shade of blue. They return to normal immediately upon stopping. Obviously this has to do with a lack of o2...but is it worrisome?
I think my breathing while lifting is not always perfect...I will catch myself not exhaling sometimes. Is it just the same effect as holding your breath? Face gets red, lips change color, etc.?
I had a full cardio workup about 12 months ago...echo, stress, blood work, ecg, etc. All normal.
The only reason I bring this up is because my wife pointed it out today at the gym and I'm a fucking hypochondriac lol.
