Hey fellas, my home is Vicious Labs and some of you may know me! I’m a power lifter and a bodybuilder currently suffering from a c5/c6 herniated disc which limits my strength in left arm from nerve issues. Here to broaden my knowledge and help at that the same time! Been around the game for a while. Oh I just turned 40 on 9/11 lol

I’m debating the surgery. Mine entered the nerve canal so to get 100%, need surgery. Daily life is fine but pushing waits, I’m at about 65% capacity, left arm just can’t keep up, sux really!!
