So on PM, there have been many threads on this topic and some have found benefits from an Indian herbal concoction "Divya Mukta Vati" and then I found it on Amazon with hundreds of pretty damn favorable reviews. Most claim a 15 top / 10 lower drop and then there are some claiming as much as 30 top / 20 lower drop...so I ordered some this week, a 3 month supply was like $5.00.

I believe it is but I don't know for sure. Carditone is another Indian originated that is supposed to work.
