I've been around for a few months but haven't introduced myself. I have been cycling for about 3 years now currently cruising til my next blast. I'm 28 yrs old 225 and 12% bf. I've been learning and researching for many years. I'm hoping to get more involved and to contribute some knowledge and of course expand my own.
