During all this years in the fitness industry i have heard it all when it comes to activities to loose weigh: aerobics, tae-bo, all kinds of dances (as a work out), martial arts, boxing ...etc.
Loosing fat is a very special chemical condition: after 18 minutes of activity if the intensity of the exercise allows it our body is able to switch to Krebs cycle; before that our body is been using a anaerobic way, consuming sugar in the bloodstream .
