Heavy weight will do this, body isn’t made for this abuse. Is it really shocking??

Yep...its a cryin' shame. After years of pounding the iron with the weight that these heayweights push around puts so much stress on their bodies.

Yep....! & No , not shocked @ all, someone said he was (rather than "pumping" up Backstage @ one of the O's..

He was deadlifting 800 lbs ..

Also, I guess he's had multiple surgery & screws & rods as e result of some injuries ( a fee I guess )

Then , when able to he went back to training Ape Shit & actually broke a screw or two in his back, actually it was a you-tube titled Ronnie ,stop training so hard or something to that effect.

It shows that x-rays if the broken rod/screw.

Crazy , no doubt.

Other pros like Jay say that Ron didn't usually ego lift like that regularly. That he would just do multiple sets of higher reps with 315 on bench. He just did the 495 x 7 for the video.

Look at dexter, never believed in heavy weight and is still killing it

I have my own saying when it comes to lifting and thats: " Smart lifting is the key to longevity". And I do believe in this and standby it for me..

Yeah my brotha I watched this, it's really sad to see him in such bad shape. After Dorian Yates reign as the king of bodybuilding he took the bodybuilding world to a whole new level. He looks so old and fragile, all those years of lifting heavy finally took it's toll on him, mentally he's gotta be fucked up too just because he knows how he used to look and be able to lift to becoming what he is now. None the less he's still an icon in the sport

Still the King..,!! But I think "mentally" he's just fine.

Always in great spirits despite, he knows the dream he's chased & conquered, and I'm.sure he knew the possibility of a not so swell outcome. He still motivates & just not a
Quitter..!
