What is everyone's opinion on building muscle while on the keto diet,taking in around only 20 carbs a day..

i feel as if i have lost tremendous amounts of strength.. but im not on a cycle wasn't sure how a cycle would work out on this diet

any information is greatly appreciated...
 
I've never done keto, but I notice when most people are keto and not on gear they tend to look "soft". Especially women. This is just opinion. My best friends wife was thick type body, curvy and looked well. (Not being that guy) but when she went keto she lost her curves and got real soft. Lost weight, but got kind of flabby.
