Keeping gains after cycle

You're not in a anabolic state anymore, in fact the opposite. Training damages the muscle tissue to put it in simple terms. AAS was helping you repair it, now your body is barely making testosterone. So you're not going to want to train heavily.

I guess I wasn't clear. Don't train as much and as intense. I'm not saying pick up 5lb dumbells to do your sets
