Keeping gains after cycle

Ok, so I've made a solid choice to PCT. I want to know is there anything I need to know to help me keep the gains I have gotten from my cycle? Should I jump back on with creatine or what can I do to best keep my gains because I know I'm gonna lose some of them. Any info, help, and advice is appreciated.

K.Bone just make sure you keep you calories at a surplus for PCT and at least few weeks beyond. If you were doing a lot of volume while "on" you will want to cut that volume down a lot. I'd say by half. I haven't done a PCT in a few years though. These are a few generalizations. Someone else who does a lot of PCT may be able to help more. Definitely don't decide to "cut" during PCT. You must keep calories up and exercise volume down.
 
Eat eat and eat. I stop cold turkey, I run hcg till I go back on, I run a liver detox and I eat my face off!! So many people stop then stop the lifestyle?? Why?? Makes no sence to bust the body up then let everything go away??
 
Eat heavy and clean great advice. I do peptides and hcg clomid etc but the peptides really help keep some muscle. I also sneak in some gh which is usually a part of my stack....

Thanks guys. I'm gonna follow some advice that a lot of you guys gave me about trying PCT first and testing my test levels before my next cycle. What's the quickest I can jump back on cycle? 16 weeks?

And I just worked so fucking hard to get where I'm at now and I'm just scared I'm gonna deflate if I PCT. I've seen a lot of guys just shrivel but I'm almost sure they didn't PCT at all. Plus in a month or so I'm gonna be having surgery to take care of a hernia in my growing that I've had since high school it's just now bothering me really bad. And if all else fails I'll bounce back on my next cycle. But thanks again. I don't even fuck with other message boards cause this one made me feel at home and not like some stupid newbie. There's a lot of assholes out there when it comes to asking questions about AAS. But I've never once felt that way here even when I've asked some pretty stupid questions.

If you're having surgery and recovering, you're not suppose to be on AAS outside of trt doses.

Right on man. Thanks, I'm glad I said something. I don't know the date yet but my doc has me in for a referral. So I'm waiting on a call from the surgeon to set up an appointment to see me and go from there. But I will definitely be getting surgery done.

AAS can mess with the way your blood clot. It's a no no going into surgery. Maybe consider Hgh after for recovering?

Also can you tell me if I'm correct on my PCT or any suggestions.
Start PCT 2 weeks after last pin. And I'm going to go clomid 50/50/25/25 and nolva 40/40/20/20?

In addition to the great advice you already got, I would add mk-677 and some cardarine/GW. This will help with keeping gains and controllibg cortisol. Good luck with your pct and surgery. 👍👊

Man I will look into it for sure but I don't even know what the fuck that is. And maybe I'm just a dumb mofo but I'm trying to learn the best I can and be safe and gain as much knowledge as possible. I know I love lifting and shaping my body and I'm just trying to do that the best and safest way since I've started this journey. And again thanks so much for all the help. I'll have more questions man. Again just thanks for not striking me down cause I know some research should be done before starting, but from who I knew and what I was told I thought I had enough knowledge to at least start and not get burned like the very first time I ran gear 3 or 4 years ago, but this is where I'm at and I'm trying to take in all I can. There's just SO much shit to learn and it's not easy. And I have been guided wrong a few times and thought I was in the right direction. It wasn't until Poohbear found me and hit me up cause he seen I was pretty much not getting help in another place. Very grateful for that.

No, actually they are not Sarms. Mk-677 is a growth hormone secretagogue and GW is a PPAR receptor agonist.

just a question..why lift light?

You're not in a anabolic state anymore, in fact the opposite. Training damages the muscle tissue to put it in simple terms. AAS was helping you repair it, now your body is barely making testosterone. So you're not going to want to train heavily.
