This log is from yesterday's (3/16/2026) workout. It marked the beginning of the 4th week of my new training protocol. This week certain exercises marked with an asterisk will be getting 3 drop sets at the end. I've been taking around 20 mg of yk-11 for the past few days... and My strength is already going up. My pumps in the gym have me feeling like a straight monster. I pinned my normal oils for my daily (Test/EQ), and also added 20 mg yk-11 pre workout. Yesterday was also my weekly 2mg of retatrutide. Feeling really good right now.... my weight is actually starting to creep up a little bit! 3-4 weeks ago I was weighing in at about 165 lbs... and today... weighed in at 171 lbs on the dot. I can't believe how consistent and smooth the Us-pharmacies oils have been. I literally have never gotten any PIP from any of their oils. I had my check-ins with my coach today (3/17/2026) as well. Great leg workout yesterday. Didn't take any var/yk, but still had an amazing pump. Love the added drop sets to the end of some of the exercises. Legs are feeling very strong right now. Got my check-in response back. Happy to say that I will be starting the NPP the 30th of this month! I can't wait.. at that time my eq should be nearly fully saturated. Had a rest day today, but we have Chest tomorrow!

Full on rest day yesterday! I usually am not very good at sitting around, but I was beat after work, and glad I had a full rest day! It actually felt really good to just relax after work. My chest workout today was amazing after the rest day. I probably need to actually take the rest days, they feel important, lol. Got some great sleep in, and crushed it today in the gym. Absolutely amazing pump/workout yesterday for this chest workout. Felt amazing. Felt very strong after having a rest day the day before! mind-muscle connection was on point. I feel bigger than I am currently, lol. Feel like the man in the gym and I am going to be able to lift any weight that I attempt. Felt great after the workout, and took some pump pictures yesterday! My great workouts continued today for my back workout, which I will be posting about tomorrow. I just want to shout out Us-pharmacies again! My daily test/eq injections are always so smooth and I never have any pip afterwards. So happy to be a part of the US-pharmacies team!

What a killer back workout! This is week 4 of this training schedule I am currently following, and on week 4 you add 3 drop sets to the exercises marked with an asterisk after them. Those 3 drop sets added to the end of the chest supported smith machine rows were absolutely amazing! I was looking into the mirror as my muscles were becoming so full to the point that it hurt in the best way possible! I was able to keep my heart rate up pretty well during this workout, and it shows in the total calories burned. I know I keep saying it, but this workout was definitely one of my favorites that I have had in a while. I woke up today feeling it in my lats for sure! I can definitely feel them being targeted, and that is absolutely crucial right now that I am able to bring out my lats. I have just started week 5 of this Test/EQ cycle, and I know the EQ isn't fully saturated yet, but I am definitely starting to see it take effect. I am very excited for these next couple of months and to see where we can take my physique. I was finally given the game plan for the NPP being added! We will be adding it in starting on the 30th of this month! Less than 10 days now! Very excited, as NPP is a new compound for me. I have learned so much over these last 7-8 months, but I am still very new to this all. I am so happy to have a team over very knowledgeable and experienced guys behind me. Being a part of Team US-pharmacies is a huge asset for me right now. Not only do I have access to amazing compounds that are top notch and fully tested, but I have a team of people behind me. Guys who I know are rooting for me, and wanting to bring the best out of me... and that goes both ways. I am rooting for them, and cheering them on to achieve everything I know that they can! It is a great thing being part of that community. I ended up having to work a longer than usual day to cover for someone, so I had to take my rest day that is usually on sunday... and use it today. That is ok though, tomorrow we will be hitting a killer shoulder workout.

My normal rest days are wednesday and sunday, but I had to take a rest day yesterday (saturday) because I had to work a long day and cover for someone at work who was going to be late. So this log will be from my rest day yesterday, and I will have a shoulder workout on my log tomorrow from my workout today (and it was a great one). I can't believe I have already completed 4 weeks on this new training regiment. It feels like I literally was just switching over from my old training protocol. After today's shoulder workout .. next week we go back to week 1 ... which is back to 0 drop sets. I will be getting more teeth pulled on Tuesday (the 24th), so I will be out of the gym for at least 4 days as the wound heals and everything. I will be back at the gym basically just in time to start with the NPP. Very excited for these next couple of months!

Yesterday was my final workout of my first 4 weeks on my new training schedule. So, last day of drop sets until we hit week 2 again. Doing 3 drop sets of Dumbbell lateral raises was insane. I could see in the mirror my shoulders just continuing to get bigger and bigger with more cuts in them as I went. Having that as the 2nd movement in the workout was insane! I absolutely love this workout... another good one in the books! I had check-ins this morning, and finally realized that using natural lighting is the way to go! I will have my check in pictures attached below. I am getting more teeth pulled tomorrow afternoon.. so I will be out of the gym for around 3 to 4 days, and I might be a little low on calories for a few days as well. By the time I am ready to get back after it, I will be rearing and ready to go! Also, within a couple of days of getting back after it.. we will be adding in the NPP. Big next month coming up! Lots of gains to come!
