Notes

Yesterday was a full day of rest for me! First full rest day in a week. Definitely felt like it was needed! Got a good amount of sleep in yesterday as well! Today however, was first check-in with the guy that is helping me out now! Took a whole bunch of different posing pictures, and answered a bunch of questions. Will be implementing a new training routine tomorrow! Today was an upper body workout, which will be posted in tomorrow's log. Fell off a little last week as far as cardio goes, but we will be back at it strong this week! Only hit cardio 2 out of 7 days last week, but this week we will get in at least 5 out of 7. Hopefully with this bump up in mast we will not have to implement something to control the gyno symptoms. I don't feel any lumps or anything yet, just sensitivity. Really looking forward to these next couple of months to see what kind of progress/ transformation I will be able to achieve. I will let you all know about any changes that will be implemented in the next couple of days!

Well rested after resting the day before, yesterday i decided to go back in to another upper body day! I was just feeling it. Things went well. Was able to get 1 extra rep at 245 on flat bench, for a new total of 7 reps! Pretty hyped up about that! Felt really strong during this lift. Muscles are definitely developing nicely! I think I was pumped up after my first check in went pretty smoothly! I had a really good leg day today as well, which will be logged tomorrow! Also, tomorrow we will be starting a new training protocol! I'm not exactly sure what all that entails, but I am excited for it! I know my first lift of it will be a chest/tricep workout. Looking forward to implementing the new routine and changes! I also did up the mast dose to 420 for now, and might even get to a 1:1 ratio with my test! Nutrition wise, I was able to hit all my macros and actually wasn't full or hungry, which was nice! It felt just perfect.

First leg day in a couple days! Legs have been feeling super strong lately! Still one of my weak points, but they are actually becoming defined and I have veins running through them! I have managed to get pretty lean in the last couple of monhts, so it is time to put on some size! I'm ready to builk! Some changes will be happening in the next couple of days to my training/nutrition protocols. I was not able to lift today, because I got 2 teeth pulled, and they say training could cause too much pressure and pop the stitches... and/or cause it to bleed again. I will be back at it soon if not tomorrow, then saturday for sure!

Another rest day today. Still, I had work 10-5, and hit cardio right after! Felt good to at least do something I should be back to lifting either tomorrow or Monday. I really can't wait to get back in there and hit the weights! I was advised to add in some D3/K2, so i ordered some last night, and i started taking it today. Cycle is switch over to Test/EQ/Reta/HG. In a couple of weeks, I will be adding in some npp . Npp will be a new compound to me, but adding it into my cycle has me pumped up to see the results! I had a slight pain/tweak in my left shoulder, so I introduced BPC for a few days.. I feel like I am a hyper responder to BPC, because anything I have that is bothering me, I'll throw some BPC157. Then, within a couple of days.. no more soreness/pain. So happy to be on the www.us-pharmacies.net. Every single compound i've gotten from them has been so smooth. It felt absolutely amazing! I feel like I didn't even take any time off! I was able to pick right back up at where I left off. That workout will be listed in tomorrow's log. My macros yesterday were much closer to where they need to be! Feels good to be able to get back to eating like I was before I had my teeth pulled. I think in another couple days we will be back at 100%. My fats were a little above what they should be, because I had to eat some 80/20 ground beef at work... because I forgot to prep my chicken lol. Besides that, numbers are almost where they should be on a rest day! I'm really pumped up to get in to this growth phase, and today's lift marks Day 1 of that! We should be starting to see/feel the effects of EQ in the next month or so, and soon enough we will be adding in some NPP. Really looking forward to seeing where we can get to before leaning out again. Time to put on some size! This is my first ever growth phase, that is intentional lol. Check in tomorrow to see what my first lift looked like. We are also started a new training split! Chest/back, Legs, Rest, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Rest... then repeat. Also doing cardio 5x per week at 20 minutes each session for now.

This lift mark the beginning of my bulking phase! I am also implementing my new training schedule, which I laid out in my last log! Honestly, after taking 5 days off.. I felt like I never stopped. Strength is still right where it was, or increasing. I am familiar with the test/eq cycle, but really looking forward to adding the NPP in month or so. Some of these movements on my new training schedule I haven't done in a long time, but I love shocking different muscles, and getting them all involved. Tonight, I am just spending some time with my parents. Macros were nearly perfect yesterday. My teeth are finally able to eat chicken and stuff like that again. It was lots of oatmeal, rice, egg whites, and protein shakes over the last week. We are fully locked in and ready to go now!

Today I took a rest day to go spend time with my family. I did horribly with macros today. I got horrible sleep the night before, so I passed out early and didn't get my last 2 meals in. I did catch up on my sleep though! Sleep is super important to me for recovery and growth. I did get a really good Lift in today, which will be logged tomorrow. It was a leg day, and some of the movements absolutely killed me... in the best way possible. Really happy that I caught back on sleep because I had to go spend 3 hours in the dentist chair again today. It took 3 whole hours for them to put in 2 temporary fillings.. lol. I just look at it as every visit to the dentist is 1 step closer to being done with the whole process. I'm basically getting a whole new set of teeth by the end of it. Lots of crowns, implants, and root canals. Going to be a long process, but we will get there. I have officially started my bulk. Very excited for this process, I have never done an intentional bulk before. Looking forward to the whole process of getting bigger so that the next time I lean out, my base is bigger than before. Big update tomorrow with the leg day I had today, and also going to hit Chest tomorrow most likely after work.

Man, this leg workout hit different! I never realized how much of a difference doing walking lunges instead of just lunges in place makes. My heart rate capped at around 178 during them. By the third set, my legs were torched! I feel like this leg workout hits all of the muscles, and then some! Love when I shock new muscles during my workout! My teeth are healed enough that I can eat again! We are hitting the macros we need to now! Really ready to start making gains and putting on some size! This was a great leg workout, and we followed it up today with a great chest workout, that will be logged tomorrow! We are on week 2 of EQ now. Can't wait to see what weeks 6-8 bring, especially when we add int he NPP. I also have anavar that I will be using occasionally to bring out my best in certain workouts. Love the set up I have going forward. Of course, we will be getting blood work done around week 6, and making any adjustments needed from there! All gears are moving now, and we are fully powered up and ready to go.

The change in macros has been incredibly smooth so far bro. I think in the future I may have to bump them up even more... time will tell.

Notes

These new workouts are so targeted to hit specific muscles. It is amazing how intense the pump can get. I have never used the hammer strength incline press machine before, and man do you feel that squeeze at the top! I love it. Super-setting the cable crossovers with push ups is killer at the end. I feel like this is the type of workout that I need to shock my muscles. Each day I am more and more amazed at the pump and how i feel. I had a back workout today, that was lat-dominated and it was intense. I will actually be sore from these workouts, which has not happened in a while. Excited to continue this bulk! Just started week 2. Macros were hit perfectly, and fat was kept down!
