Isolates OR Hydrolyzed

Dymatize used to SUCK but they have a good hydro which is fairly cheap however I'd choose Isolate since its cheaper and I normally use weight gainers anyway which all have blends which I really like as long as there is not to much soy or preferably NO soy... I like Whey Iso/hydro/egg/casein blend...
 
I've tried all 3 forms many many times.. From cheap brands to the hIgh dollar stuff. Never noticed a difference as far as muscle recovery. The cheap stuff does give me some raunchy gas lol. In my opinion, as long you're consuming enough protein you're body is gonna build muscle all the same.

LOL whatever you do stay away from that Six Star sold at Walmart...that shit gives me gas, but yes it was cheap tho. However it works great for delivering those protein farts when I want a squat rack to myself :)
 
All my protein comes from food, and drink egg whites only, I drink 150g worth during the day of egg whites and get the rest in red meat. Best thing I ever did was stop eating bars and drinking shakes

I haven't purchased any protein tubs in maybe a year. Still have some tubs I'm going through. Gotta finish them. I had one drink yesterday with two scoops of whey and 8 oz milk/8 oz water and ice cubes. Same thing today. My stomach can barely handle it but I'm not throwing them it. Protein powder is expensive!. Would rather eat steak, chicken, pork....So much more enjoyable. We weren't created to drink our food!. Otherwise we wouldn't have any teeth!.
 
Last night it kept me up all night. Protein powder drinks make me piss every 30-60 minutes for a few hours after I drink them for some reason.
