I've tried all 3 forms many many times.. From cheap brands to the hIgh dollar stuff. Never noticed a difference as far as muscle recovery. The cheap stuff does give me some raunchy gas lol. In my opinion, as long you're consuming enough protein you're body is gonna build muscle all the same.
I used to drink protein shakes religiously. I decided to not purchase any protein powder or RTD and replaced w/ raw egg white shake. I can't tell any difference and I wouldn't know what to look for lol. The major difference that I found w/ protein powder is that not all are created equally. The cheap ones gives my atomic ass-gas that folks would think there is a natural gas leak.
However, I've heard that high level BB competitors adjust the type of protein as the days get closer to game day. But some say protein is protein and test is test and 100mg/ml Tren Ace is same as 100mg/ml Component TH Tren Ace.........

I agree with your opinion, not alla protein powders are created equal, cheaper protein powders will give you gas and bloating sensation, but it's because they have more lactose so a protein with less content of it won't give you that sensation.
I don't encourge to drink/eat raw eggs because the body won't absorb it, you need to heat the egg to destroy a component that prevents its absortion.

What about the egg whites from cosco that come in like a container of 4, are those one ok to drink?

Even though they are pasteurizated you still need to cook them, the component I mentioned earlier is called avidin, is an anti-nutrtient that prevents the absortion of the protein contained in eggs.
Interesting. Curious if this avidin could be related to my egg intolerance.
You know what brother in my experience not one is better than the other. It's kinda what your stomach can tolerate. Some guys I know can't drink isolate others can't do whey..... myself I have an egg intolerance. So we all gotta kinda find what works.
I will say that me personally......no protein powder has ever changed my physique, but chicken beef and fish sure as hell have lol.
