Hey brother, "If" I can get me some friends.., lol.. I'll send em' over. Have an IFBB Bud, but he's not even active, not persuing any titles , or future shows in sight. Got the Pro card bout 5-6 years ago...

I'll see if he wants to head over, but I don't think he frequents forums, much if at all..

Well I have been spending a large portion of my time working in the mountains of west Virginia. Where there is absolutely no cell service or internet. So I have been living in the 80s for the past few months. Finally got to a job where I'm reconnected. So I figured I would make an appearance and see how all my old friends here are doing.
