Hello everyone I'm new here and I would like to introduce myself. I'm 26 years old and I've been lifting consistently for the last 5 years.
I currently have ran 3 different cycles and I'm currently running test prop only. My training consist of 2-3 days of body building style training and 2-3 days of crossfit training, depending on my work schedule.
I just recently made my own batch of test and I'm seeing incredible gains compared to my previous ugl source.
I look forward to being apart of the forum.
 
My name is Alfonzo I’m 33 and new to this , I’ve been working out since I was 15 and I was looking forward to some advice or I’m open to opinions, I’m am 5’7 180lbs , , and looking to get lean as possible , hardwork and clean eating is what I’ve been focused on, thank you!
