There is a spot for introducing yourself. Picking a random sub forum to post in isn't really the place. Also, look around the board at some of the things here. Take some time to read and learn from some of the other members. Some of the things you're asking are better dealt with privately. If you have questions about a source, I have found its best to read how they prefer to communicate (PM or email) and address them with your questions in said manner. If you spend some time looking around you are likely to find an answer yourself and learn a little in the process. Good luck.

Take d-red's advice brother and milk all the gains you can first from being natural.I started training at age 17.By the time I was 21 years old I was 280lbs at 6'3 and about 11%bf.I didn't do my first gear until I was 28 yrs old.I am 39 years old now and glad I peaked naturally first.

Btw welcome to the tribe and congrats on the progress you have made so far my freind.

me and dred have disagreed on some things in the past. but i couldnt agree more with him on this.

you should be eating everything in site and lifting for AT LEAST 2 years seriously before even considering using gear. I would personally suggest lifting for four to five years natty before using gear. but u need to be serious and get your diet down and your training down and this really takes at least two years to master.

in the meantime. stick around because guys like red, the mods and vets here will be more then happy to help you with training tips. tips on supplements. ect ect

good luck

Thank you very much I have been in the gym for the last 2 years steady but didn't have a diet own until around a year ago when I met said body builder at work he helped my get my diet down to alot of protein and carbs more food than I thought I should be eating feeling way to full but it was chicken and mustard sandwiches or chicken and rice that's all I ate besides protein shakes I trusted what he was saying and watched the weight start to go but at the same time the muscle was building i started to take apex male and after alot of research and contemplating I moved forward with a little extra help and have seen results couldn't have ever imagined in all areas of my life I'm lad I have found this community and hopefully I haven't pissed anyone off

No one is pissed buddy. Just ppl here are offering advice about some serious things. So they're serious about this.

dont be discouraged by some peoples remarks. sometimes words your read on paper can come off as cocky. but a assure u no one here means it that way. AT LEAST NOT ON THIS BOARD! its a pretty humble crowd here and i know a lot of these guys from past boards!

THERE IS NO STUPID QUESTIONS!

I have a question I really need the answer to but can't figure out how to post a thread and don't want to just blast it on someone else's thread how do I do this time sensitive matter

I am slightlly late to this party, but welcome aboard. 1 show in their life is a great goal for everyone who is involved in what we are involved in. I am sure you already realize the wealth of knowledge here. If not, enter and you shall see.
