New guy here, I was referred here by muscle mechanic. A little about me.I’ll be 36 soon I’ve been lifting on and off for about 18 years. Numerous injuries and set backs. 6ft around 195-200lbs I’ve been working on dropping the body fat not sure on the % I eat very clean for as good as I eat I figured I would look a lot better lol. On trt for around 2 years or so. I do short cycles due to seeing the doc every 2-3 months. I do a lot of lurking to try and learn as much as possible and I ask a lot of questions

First welcome to the best forum I kid you not on planet earth . Trust me I been on 100s . Don’t lurk do ! Like the Nike ad “ just do it “ . For most part too many may not have the answers you seek and just like to post . However you will learn who knows what . My advice is always that you look within , listen to your body and be patient with yourself . You are your best teacher . Always monitor how you feel and respond to anything. Then adjust accordingly. That’s something no one can tell you . While many comments with good intentions . Always strive to find your own path
