intermittent fasting
who does it? anyone here. Im not big into eating all the time ( i know bulking i have to ) but cutting this seems to be working well for me.
i have my last meal at 10pm and don't eat till 12pm the next day. In that time i do cardio at 7:30 and workout at 11 ish. So really my first meal is my post workout. Then i get about 2000 cals in the rest of the 10 hour period. I do about 45% protein, 25% fat, 30% carbs. About a month now and I like it. Im down 5 lbs and feel good.
