Made french dips tonight. 1 large rump roast,1 box of beef broth,1 pack au jus,1 loaf french bread, 1 pack of provolone cheese.
Seared all the edges in the insta pot. Then add broth and au jus. Set timer for 2 1/2 hr. Or so it took mine to cook. It was a big piece of meat!
Came out so tinder !!! Split the bread, add slices of meat and cheese. Ladle some broth in a bowl. And DAMN! Sooo good! Also cooked fries in the air fryer to go with it.
Has anyone tried the Trader Joes Chiopino Stew they have?? OMG, its to die for if you like a seafood style stew...
